Free Worldwide Delivery!

Your order will be delivered within a time frame of 3 to 5 business days after the payment is accepted.

If there is a delay in the shipment of your order, please contact us at info@atlasartrug.com. we will ensure a faster response rate.

Orders are dispatched through FedEx International Priority and a tracking number is notified via either a text message or email, and it’s traceable online at FedEx.com.

All rugs are carefully cleaned before they are shipped off to their new owners. 

 

Making process

Weaving takes 3 to 5 weeks plus 1 week for washing, cleaning, softening, and drying.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure you enter a full address to make sure you receive your product in a timely manner.

Return Policy

All orders are final and we cannot accept returns. Please ensure all measurements, colors, and design are correct before submitting your order!

Customs fees may be imposed upon arrival of a parcel and it’s the responsibility of the customer to pay it.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately via our support email to resolve the issue.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
